WE ARE IN THE TOP 10 OF BEST SCREEN PRINTERS IN THE WORLD
Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design, we can print up to 9 colours on our MR machines.
We are considered one of the best screen printers in the world.
Screen printing is the technique we always recommend to get an excellent printing quality for your collection but you have to bear in mind you need a minimum order quantity of 160 pieces per design to make it profitable. Note that every time we prepare a production for a new design there are some fixed costs to start every machine so, this technique is not suitable for low quantities.
DTG

DIRECT TO GARMENT / DIGITAL PRINTING
We have recently incorporated direct-to-garment printing in our workshop, which is a textile printing technique that uses a digital printer that prints your design directly to the garment. This technique allows reproducing photographs and designs in full color with very realistic finishes without the need to use screens and in a very short production time.
Is DTG the future? … it depends on your needs. We are still screen printing fans but digital printing is the perfect solution for small productions.
In terms of sustainability, digital printing is one of the most environmentally friendly printing techniques at present, since no water is used in this process, it is printed with biodegradable inks and the digital printer has a low electrical consumption in each job carried out.
Embroidery

HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMIZATION FOR YOUR COLLECTION
Embroidery is the most appropriate system to add value to your collection. From a few units you can create embroidered designs for shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, backpacks, caps or polo shirts.
Classic Embroidery Vs. Embroidered Patches
Classic embroideries are embroidered directly on the fabric of the garment, so we always recommend using high quality, premium type garments. Another option of customization are embroidered patches, they are very useful for thick or waterproof garments that do not allow embroidery on their surface: Parkas, vests, certain caps, etc. These types of patches have more body and the result of the customization is spectacular.
